2012 December 3
by Jan Wilkinson

Thank you to all my new visitors today on my blog. Thanks to Traces of Texas from Facebook for sharing my link. It is very exciting to have you come and see what is Out My Kitchen Window!! Check back soon!

On November 28, 2012, in the early morning this beautiful moon was setting in the west over our ranch in Real County, Texas. Quite a sight!!

This weekend on Saturday afternoon we enjoyed going down this ranch road. The fall colors are beautiful. I love this time of the year!!

Hi! Just found your blog, I am a Wilkinson too. We had family that came from both Texas and Oklahoma during the 30’s but most of them were on the Thompson/O’Neil side. Been in California for years now. Just wanted to say hi and I will be returning to read when I have more time.

So beautiful!!! I did see a young Golden sailing over your area on Sunday! He flew into a tree and was a perfect photo op but the camera was buried and I didn’t want passer-bys to think I was digging for anything else!!
Your blog makes me want to go back and start writing on mine again and now that THE book is off to the “finisher” I may do that with the spare time! I may need to get with you on the photos of the Auld family after the “finisher” checks it all out. She likes high quality scans. Yours may be ok but I know that some I have in the book are not so may be calling you! The book is a collection of short stories specific to the Frio Canyon area! It was a fun write!!

    Linda
